Lemon suppliers are allocating lemons to distribution centers due to limited supply. Effective
Sunday, August 19, 2018, escalator triggers are active for CSCS contract pricing, increasing lemons
up to $14.60 per case. Growers update this week that extreme market pricing should end by
September.
