Internal Control Plan
• Manage data on brand products, operators, restaurants, vendors, contracts, and
distribution partners,
• Connect with distribution partners to update daily inventory information, purchase
orders, and sales to restaurants,
• Synchronize vendor and distributor data to share purchasing and delivery data to
gain control and resolve issues,
• Track inventory on hand at each location to manage inventory quality and costs,
• Manage freight to assure correct pricing is charged,
• Automate mission-critical processes within the supply chain for more accurate
online reporting
• Provide analytical tools such as customizable reports for internal and external users
Communication concerning CSCS’s systems, processes, and procedures can be found in
various manuals. Those manuals include Information Management Policy, CSCS Code of
Conduct, CSCS Associate Handbook, Procurement Processes, MPPI Process and Price Index
Tool. As processes change, information is disseminated through e-mails, formal memos, and
verbal communication until the applicable manual can be revised.
