Phone forwarding:

Select the button under CFwdALL
After the beeps, enter 9 and your cell phone number or enter 5000 to forward to voice mail
To deactivate, select CFwdALL

Remote voicemail access:

Dial your work number
When your voicemail message begins, hit *
Enter your voicemail pin and hit #

Setting up a temporary message:

Access voice mail (messages)
4 (set up)
1 (greeting)
3 (edit greeting)
3 (alt greeting)
3 – 1 – 9 (set end date)
Forward to cell phone number or voice mail (5000)

Accessing the L drive outside of work:

Go to https://remote.applebees.com
Enter user name and password (system)
Then go to:
Shared DINE on Glendale
Shared CSCS
All
Lenexa
_New CSCS Folder Structure

Be sure to click the Sign Out button when done
