Distribution Optimization
The multi-year effort to fully optimize the distribution network has been
completed. The number of distribution centers was reduced from 57 to
23, saving Members over $13m annually. Moving forward, agreements
will be evaluated as they expire to determine if they should be extended
or put out for bid.
