5) Paste highlighted cells from PPI Master (step 2 above) into the text box provided. Click “Next”

6) Select Multi-series table.
7) Specify year range for which the PPI Master Database should be updated (for 2014, the year
range would be 2013-2014, for 2015, the year range would be 2014-2015.
a) NOTE: Until April of any given year, the prior year’s data can change slightly, so the prior
year’s data will need to be run through April (ie - from January-April, this table will have to be
run for the current year AND the prior year).
8) The remainder of the parameters default as needed (see screen shot below).
9) Click “Retrieve Data”.
