ACT I Song 1: Hannibal, The Only Place For Me!

Scene 1

Tom Sawyer is a mischievous boy.
Aunt Polly is frustrated to have such
a naughty nephew like him. She
doesn’t know what to do with him.

Scene 2

Aunt Polly wants Tom to whitewash
the fences. Tom is reluctant to do it,
but he ends up tricking all of his
friends to do it for him.

Song 3: Paint The Town

Scene 3

Tom runs into Huck on the way to
school. They decide to go to the
graveyard together that night. Scene 4

Tom is late for school again. Ms.
Dobbins wants him to sit with the
new girl, Becky Thatcher. Tom
immediately falls in love with Becky,
and plans to engage with her.

Choose Me

Scene 5

At night, Tom and Huck have an
adventure in the graveyard, and
accidently oversee three robbers
bury the money they rob from the
bank there.
