structure ensures our 3%(+gst) commission rate will save
you thousands.
Your office is small and not in the shopping centre...
We have a healthy amount of walk in traffic because of our
easy parking and highly visual site on a busy road. The
bach style office is enjoyed, clients often mention that they
feel welcomed and that their business valued (totally our
intention).
Of course the internet plays its part with buyers all over the
world able to access our listings!
If you charge less, does that mean you do less?
Far from it!
If you compare ‘apples with apples’ what we offer is far more
than the other Real Estate options available.
Ours is a lesser commission, full service office, (no hidden
costs) we are a ‘no competition’ office so buyers are able
view all of our listings together without question. We work
closely with buyers and have very positive feedback that
working with us is so easy and uncomplicated.
