42. MUTUAL CONSULTATION
(AL-SHURA)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

1 Ha Mim ‘Ayn Sin Qaf 8 Had God so willed, He could
have made all of them one
3 Thus God, the Powerful, the community, but He admits into
Wise, sends revelation to you as His mercy whom He wills; and
