Chad Kania joins Pinnacle as our Director of Dining Services at Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center. He has over 20 years in
Food Service/Hospitality and adds knowledge from both the business and culinary aspects to our team.

James Cureton

James Cureton joins the team as the Director of Dining Services at Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. He
brings over 20 years of experience in various aspects of Food Service to our family. James is also ServSafe certified.

Michael Palermo

Michael Palermo is our Director of Dining Services at Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. He brings to
Pinnacle over 20 years of experience in the food service industry.

Nathaniel Blades

Nathaniel Blades is our Assistant Director of Dining Services at Linden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. He joins us with
over 10 years of experience in the food service field.

Sophia Medinsky
Sophia Medinsky joins our team as a Registered Dietitian at Crown Heights Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. She is also
ServSafe certified. Sophia got her Master’s from NYU in 2006. In addition to working in the field, she’s also teaches at NYU and
is active member of several professional journals and committees.

Tyisha Taylor
Tyisha Taylor joins the Pinnacle team with over 15 years of experience in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry. She is our
Director of Dining Services at Sprain Brook Manor Rehabilitation Center.
