Welcome to The Book. This is the place where you will find all the information you need to help you to be part of our IT transformation journey towards our new ways of working.
As with any journey, there is a beginning, a middle and an end. You are all helping us to write the middle as we take more and more steps towards agile. This book will be added to and updated as we continue to transform.
Following the Agile framework of short iterations focused on delivering value, The Book will prioritise the publication of topics based on what is the most valuable and relevant to our organisation in that iteration.
It will provide an overview and consolidate the high level content from the different design streams into one place of reference.
For this version, The Book is covering the context setting, the start of the journey, and any content relevant for our teams known as Agile Autonomous Teams.
