Employee Contributions
Your contributions towards the cost of benefits are automatically deducted from your paycheck on a
pre-tax basis. Please see People & Culture or check contributions online in ADP for rates
(24 pay periods). The amount will depend on the plan you select and if you choose to cover eligible
family members.
• Review your current benefits coverage and whom you cover
• Discuss your benefits needs with your family & decide which plans you want for 2021 – 22
• Ensure Dependent & Personal Information is accurate- Update information if needed
• Update and designate a Beneficiary for Life Insurance

Registration code: marvineng-1234. SSN is required to complete the process. Once registered - feel
free to explore and update any personal information.
Access to the portal will provide valuable information, either to view certain information such as pay
statements, tax information, vacation/sick balances, or even to update certain demographic information
like address, emergency contact, etc. Registration is required!
