 CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS | LIFE TIME
A large part of the Prototype Team’s responsibilities was the management and reporting of sig- nificant levels of design and construction change requests that were initiated by a host of groups within the organization.
The first task was to implement a more effective and efficient change submittal and approval pro- cess. The illustration above was an approval path that I developed to help manage the executive team’s goals to reduce the cost and time impacts of design change requests. As the facilitator of the executive change review meetings I used this map as a guide to help streamline and organize the executive review process.
