In addition to defining the previous approval path for design and construction change requests, I also outlined a proposal that would require different levels of approvals for design changes based on the cost impact of the change request being considered. This guide served as a bench- mark for the business owners to help provide them with an understanding of the approvals needed for a particular change request.
