Everybody needs good neighbours!
C OAL Aston couple David and Anita Murray’s first impressions of H2O
Bathroom Solutions were that they were dealing with a highly professional, expert team.
But if they had needed a little extra reassurance about commissioning refurbishment work at their bungalow, then it came in an unexpected way.
A neighbour who saw H2O’s liveried van drive away from the Murrays rang to endorse the company!
Said Anita: “We’d read about the company in the magazine but when our neighbour said H2O were very good, it just reassured us that they would do a good job for us.
“We are very pleased with the results – we can’t believe the difference it’s made. It’s fabulous.”
As David has some mobility problems, the Murrays wanted to replace their bath and overhead shower with a walk-in shower. Their decision was hastened after David sadly broke his hip.
The couple worked with H2O owner Richard and plumber Mark to make sure the new shower met their requirements.
Careful attention was given to ensuring the flooring was completely flat, a pull-down seat was at exactly the right height, and a sturdy grab-rail was in the correct place.
David said: “I had great difficulty getting in and out of the bath so the shower has made a lot of difference. Mark spent a lot of time on the detail and we’re reaping the benefit of that now.”
The Murrays highlighted the quality of the products fitted by H2O including a towel rail, extractor and new flooring.
Anita and David have now recommended H2O to another neighbour!
