TOP 10 THINGS WE’LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT
151 BRADLEY STREET
1. Love my pool & patio. Whether having a few people or a
great big party it has been a constant enjoyment over
the years. My children always had friends over to swim &
hang out by the pool day or night.
2. The house is airy and bright, but yet it also feels secluded
when you sit in the family room.
3. One of the great things about being on Bradley street is
the proximity to the train, town and parks. It is a 5 minute
walk or 2 minute ride to downtown where there are many
restaurants, banks, stores and activities.
4. gathering by the fire on a cold night, having dinner and
great conversations.
Walk to Penfield Beach! 5. Our remodeled Lower Level made a great playroom as
our kids grew up. From playing games, to karaoke or
gymnastic practice moves it was always a gathering hub
for my children. My oldest daughter even used it as a
bedroom when she moved back from college.
6. Our backyard was always our little private sanctuary,
especially when all is in bloom, feel like we were on
vacation. Our own 5 star resort. With the pool and my
fabulous garden, you can’t go wrong.
7. I will miss my beautiful kitchen designed with great flow
for two or more people cooking. The openness to the
family room allows me to watch tv while I cooked, or
keep an eye on the rest of the family.
8. The master bath is a private oasis! With all the natural light
that flows through, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the
air tub or take a luxurious shower.
9. The toughest thing about us selling is how we are going
to miss our friends and neighbors that make this
neighborhood such a gem. We have such great rapport
with our neighbors, and we all look out for one another.
10. The master bedroom is expansive… I love the extra
space for seating and the vaulted ceilings.
