TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 157 FERN STREET

1. We purchased our home because it was both a short walk to the
beach and a short walk to Town Center while offering our family the
benefit of living in a beautiful residential neighborhood.

2. Our home is located across the street from Sherman Elementary
School and I have enjoyed walking my son to kindergarten and watching
him play with friends after school right across the street from home. My
children love the outside and welcome every opportunity to play on the
playground so having one nearby was a bonus.

3. The close proximity to the beach made it possible for us to participate in
fall and spring races, outdoor activities at the local markets, carnivals twice a
year and connect with neighbors on our walks.

4. We loved our backyard space and the fact that we could not only put in a
pool with lavish landscaping and patios but that we would still have a large
space for our children to run around and play volleyball, football, and other
outside games.

5. We like the close proximity to Southport and Westport for great shopping
options and availability of special restaurants offering charming atmosphere
and amazing dishes that make us feel like we are in New York City or the
Hamptons.

6. We wanted a home that was close to many conveniences and where
we could be close enough to walk to things in good weather. The beach
community is ideal because it offers absolutely everything you might
want or need at your fingertips. From healthy gourmet restaurants, great
doctors, the best spas and salons, to every extra curricular activity you
might want for your children or yourself just steps away.

7. We like the amazing closet and organizational space this home
provides. The built-ins are wonderful and avoid the need for extra
unneeded furniture keeping space open and yet functional.

8. I knew that we wanted to have an area for our fitness work space and
our home provided us with an entire level where we could go to work out in
privacy and not be interrupting anyone else in our home.

9. We love all the large marble luxury baths in our home. We always have
room for guests in our two private suites and have often had all four bath
occupied at once with guests and families who are visiting.

10. Most of all we will miss how friendly and cozy our home is even though it has
five great bedrooms. We love to entertain and have thoroughly enjoyed the open
floor plan. We have lots of windows keeping our home feeling light and bright all year
round and the well planned kitchen makes gourmet cooking a dream.
