THE STORY OF NORWALK
Located in desirable East Norwalk, Pine
Hill Avenue is renowned for its beautifully-
maintained homes and 360-degree views that
include the Long Island Sound, the Norwalk
River, South Norwalk and Westport. We share
in Norwalk’s storied history – Nathan Hale
departed Norwalk for Long Island to spy on the
British, regretting that he had but one life to
give for his country, before the British burned
Norwalk during the Revolutionary War. We share
a proud history in garment manufacturing, and
to this day Norwalk is famous for its abundant
and delicious oyster harvests.
We’re walking distance to Metro-North
Railroad (NYC is less than an hour away,
New Haven a half hour), Marvin Elementary
School, Calf Pasture Beach, Kozma Park,
great dining, clubs and activities. We’re
also a stone’s through from great shopping
and dining in Westport, an exciting night
life in South Norwalk, academic pursuits
at Fairfield University and Sacred Heart
University in Fairfield, UConn in Stamford,
and Yale in New Haven. Kids stay active
with the incredible South Norwalk
Maritime Center and the award-winning
Stepping Stones Museum. I-95, the Merritt
Parkway, and Norwalk Hospital are easily
accessible.
