90 FIFTH AVENUE
1. Watching sunsets across the LI Sound over Long Is-
land
2. Feeling secure in my house night and day as there is
no crime in Lordship
3. Enjoying the shower in the master bedroom on a
cold winter night
4. Painting in my studio overlooking the ocean on a
sunny day or at sunset highway.
5. Basking in the sunlight that warms the entire house
on a bright and sunny day
6. The short drive to the Stratford train station, I95 or the
Merritt Parkway. Everything is minutes away but Lord-
ship is a quiet reprieve from the highways
7. Being within driving distance from both NYC and
Boston.
8. Living in a friendly neighborhood and being able to
call on friends and neighbors if necessary.
9. Enjoying the house that I have made into a home,
with all the special touches that I chose.
10. Living a block from a federal nature preserve where
birds, deer, and other animals live and thrive. Lordship
even has parrots living here; many years ago there was
a truck loaded with parrots in cages going by Stratford
on 95. The truck was in an accident and the parrots
flew from their cages to a new life here in Lordship.
