TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 180 MORNING DEW CIRCLE

1. Our home offers a plan that encourages family time as well as offering quiet spaces
for each member of our family to escape the craziness of the day.

2. Having the 3.11-acre, cul de sac location here in The Ridge- we are surrounded by nature
and tranquility.

3. We have loved living in a country club like community with all the benefits The Ridge offers the

entire family. There are so many fun events at the clubhouse, pool parties, tennis lessons, a variety
of classes, camp for the kids and the convenience of having a gated entry.

4. The location of The Ridge offers incredible ease of access to both Fairfield and Westport! We are
really very centrally located.

5. Our Great Room is likely the family’s favorite room! The space and acoustics are perfect for

listening to a live piano concert, watching the big game, enjoying a movie, or just letting the kids
have the room to themselves and their friends.

6. Our home has hosted so many sleepovers! The kids and their friends have enjoyed summer days
of fun by the pool followed by tennis games. In the winter, they would all get together to build
snowmen and have snowball fights. Our children’s friends always enjoyed the annual Halloween
night trick-or-treating here at The Ridge. It’s been great fun to be the house all the kids want to
come to!

7. The fire pit in the rear yard has been the perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine with friends.
Often times the adults would move to the mahogany deck for the evening allowing the kids to
take over the fire pit to roast marshmallows and chase fireflies.

8. The Great Room allows for a huge Christmas tree that the whole family and holiday visitors
participate in decorating every year. Holiday entertaining has been such a memorable time in
our spacious home. There’s always plenty of room for visiting family and friends.

9. There’s great comfort knowing your kids can safely ride their bikes along the quiet streets
winding throughout The Ridge. I have also enjoyed running my route each morning, knowing
that I do not have to worry about traffic.

10. Having my private Office and Gym only half a flight up offers a feeling that it is a separate space.
The location makes me feel like I am “off to work” or “going to the Gym” without having to leave the

home.
