7. Enjoying the great family room. Watching
movies or ball games on the tv; looking
through the window at the pool area &
different animals who show up; using the
dutch door to walk out to a brick patio;
chilling with family or friends with the fire
place going & heated floors. Great Easter
Egg Hunts both inside & outside around
the house.
8. Having a large kitchen where while I'm
cooking there's plenty of room for guest to
help or sit at the table & talk with me. This
way I'm not missing out on the action.
Having lots of room to hosts girls scout
baking events etc...
9. Everything is in a short drive distance to
get to. Various take out food places,
liquor stores, food stores, Churches,
Schools, Movie Theaters, Restaurants,
Malls, Beaches, Nature Trails, Medical
facilities, etc....

10. The Annual Holiday Parties where 1 or 2
homes get picked to host each year. First
house Heavy Hors d' oeuvres/Wine/Beer.
Second house Desserts/Coffee/Tea. It's
nice to have some holiday cheer with the
neighbors & friends.
