First Floor:
We installed a brand new in-line water pump to
provide ample hot water and water pressure. We also
added a new furnace, threw out the old electric
water heater and added an indirect tank. This tank
has a zone dedicated to creating hot water directly
from the furnace and it is so efficient it's output
capacity is 350 gals./hr. Can you say never run out of
hot water? We also no longer have the electric bill for
the hot water heater! We also added a separate zone
to the furnace for the possible future addition of
radiant floor heat.

Second Floor:
Wood gains a natural patina from being exposed to
the sun. The golden straw color of a Stratavarious violin
comes from the natural oils in the wood changing.
One of our greatest joys was having all of the natural
wood floors refinished and seeing the natural beauty
of the oak come out.
