Top Ten
1. Sitting out back on our lovely patio by the water relaxing after a long day and enjoying the peace
and serenity. We can enjoy it deep into the fall months with the warmth and comfort of the firepit.
2. Walking to dinner and meeting friends at one of many of the walkable, fabulous restaurants.
3. Never having to worry about parking at the train station..we can walk!
4. Riding our bikes to Saint Mary's and watching the beautiful colors in the sky as the sun sets.
5. The quiet neighborhood...and fabulous neighbors!
6. Being sooo close to everything imaginable...train, restaurants, theaters, grocery shopping
(Whole foods!), pet store, Verizon, Staples, gas station, commuting, and so much more!
7. We are never late for the movies...we can either walk or drive there 2 minutes it starts and still
have time to get the popcorn!
8. Riding our bikes to Fairfield Marina and Jennings Beach for either a boat ride or to chill out at the
beach.
Love the coziness and warmth of the house... especially in the winter months upon cozing up to
the fireplace.
