Top 10 Things we will miss about life at 103 Bulkley Drive

1. It’s everything a home should be-spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We’ve
enjoyed spending time together with family and friends over the years as the kids have
grown up. It’s been a wonderful experience to live in a house that feels so welcoming.

2. The yard is absolutely beautiful in every season. Early Spring flowers signal the end of
Winter and the beginning of the incredible show nature puts on in Fairfield. The yard is sur-
rounded by azaleas and it’s incredible every single year! Peach, apple, and pear trees along

with Lilacs, Dogwoods, a Butterfly Bush, Burning Bush, and so many other trees and plants
make this yard spectacular. It is home to many different birds and wildlife that make Fair-
field special.

3. There are two fireplaces! You can enjoy a quiet time by the fire and read a book while
others play a game or watch a movie by the other fireplace. Adults and kids can enjoy sepa-
rate time and still enjoy a fire.

4. There’s plenty of space to add on if you’d like to finish the basement or attic.

5. The floor plan is made for entertaining. It’s always nice to spend time with family and

friends, especially during the holidays in this house. There’s plenty of space to gather to-
gether and still have areas to have quiet conversation.

6. Master Suite is a luxury retreat; There’s really no other way to describe it. We can’t begin
to say how much we’ll miss it!

7. Abundance of sunlight throughout the house. Even on cloudy days, this house somehow
manages to provide sunlight! It’s so nice to wake up to a light-filled home.

8. It’s centrally located-shopping, Lake Mohegan, hiking trails, beaches, schools, library,
I-95, Merritt Parkway, and train stations. The couldn’t be better!

9. The neighborhood is the best in the world! Neighbors are friendly and look out for each

other. There’s such a sense of belonging and caring that we haven’t found anywhere else
we’ve lived. Walking in the neighborhood, at Lake Mohegan, or at the beach is guaranteed to
bring smiles and waves.

10. Sitting around the fire pit just about any time of year!
