The Vision
When the designer, Bob Costanza, first teamed up with architect, Doug Cutler and Beachwalk
Homes builder, Oscar Leal, their vision was to create a Bohemian and Farmhouse lifestyle. The
challenge was to design a home where these styles could co-exist.
The Bohemian component of this effort was to be different, unconventional, and creative.
The Farmhouse component was to anchor into lifelong values that will always ground human
behavior; comfort, truth and love. The team’s creative vision culminated in this perfect
combination of the warmth and charm of the farmhouse with a modern aesthetic.
