 Removed 7 dead hemlocks in back and replaced
with privacy fence and forsythia bushes (’13)
 Front hemlocks sprayed yearly Spring & Fall (’15)
 Tub/shower grouted (’16)

 New bathroom sconces & hallway light fixture (’16)
 Replaced sink & toilet in upstairs ½ bath (’16)

Exterior

 Established all expansive perennial gardens
throughout the property (ongoing since 1999)
 Replaced siding front & back of sunroom (‘10)

 Replaced front siding above living rm & restained (‘10)
 Replaced rotten wood under bedroom window &
few planks and stained (‘10)
 Replaced siding & posts back of house--- living rm
side and above & around garage door
 Replaced lower cedar shakes back section of house
and replaced lower trim work
 Replaced posts around garage & back door, and
added posts to reinforce upper deck
 Replaced wood under living rm window (above
garage door) and covered with copper

 Replaced back section of living room ceiling &
restained
