What to Expect

Although agents know that they should leave business cards, they don’t always remember
to do so. For this reason, I have included a showing log in this booklet for you to write down
the names of all agents who make appointments to show your home. Consequently, when I
contact you for these names, there will be no guesswork. Also, in most cases, it is important
to vacate your home for showings. Buyers feel more relaxed viewing a home when the owner
is absent and agents generally do a better job of marketing and selling your home. If a

potential buyer comes to your home without an agent, it is in your best interest TO CALL ME.
Politely let them know that they should call me at 203-257-6994.

I encourage you to call us with any questions or concerns during the entire listing period at
203-259-8326, or use our team directory on page 3 to contact your agent or any of our staff.
We are here for you every step of the way!

approximate time of their arrival and enter your home using the key
