TOP TEN THINGS WE LOVEABOUT 174 HUBBELL LANE

1. Everything about the home! Great layout, front and back staircases, first floor laundry,

high ceilings, perfectly sized rooms, all bedrooms with en suite baths, lots of window
seats (we love those!) and a lower entertainment area with full windows and sliding glass

doors to the side yard.

2. Our very private backyard. Peaceful and tranquil with the sounds of birds and the church

bells in the distance. A beautiful oval pool surrounded by lawn.

3. Our kitchen with the window seat. Our children would come home from school and

plop themselves on that large window seat as they relaxed into being home.

4. The lower level of our home. It's one of the reasons we bought this home. 3 continuous
spaces with full windows providing distinct spaces for a pool table, ping pong table and

a large L-shaped sofa surrounding the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. This space along

with the vintage Pepsi machine kept our teens' friends coming to our house!

5. Thanksgiving! We can host about thirty people with tables going across the dining room,

entrance hall and into the living room.

6. Graduation and engagement parties in our backyard. With an upper deck and a patio

and lawn surrounding the pool it's a beautiful setting for a party.

7. So much storage capacity! From the abundance of kitchen cabinets, so many large
closets and a full walkup attic there is room for everything.

8. The view of our home from the rear garden. It's such a beautiful home even in the back-
it reminds me of a country inn.

9. The study/library. What a place to work from home- where you are surrounded by nature

with views all around you!

10. Our neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and always saying hi. It's the most beautiful

area for long walks.
