WELCOME TO “THE RIDGE” OF GREENFIELD HILL
The Ridge is a planned community with all owners part of its Homeowner’s Association.
Unlike other neighborhoods where residents have little or no control over the land, the
streets and other amenities, The Ridge Homeowners Association has the legal authority
to protect the features and benefits of their community. Common property enjoyed by
all owners includes a 2,400 square foot recreation center, swimming pool, “great
lawn,” lighted tennis courts, playground, 50 acres of open space and five miles of
private roads.
Safe, quiet, private roads are secured by a gatehouse staffed 24 hours a day. Miles of
bridle trails and walking paths weave through the wooded common land and un-
developed property. The recreation amenities provide a setting for frequent social and
recreational events for children, adults and families. Casual use of the facilities by
owners as well as private parties expand the pleasure and comfort of family life.
