1. The wonderful location, so convenient to shops,
train, highways, and Southport makes it easy to
immerse yourself in the Fairfield community!
2. The Mill River teeming with local wildlife is stunning! I
will miss my daily visits with ducks, geese, egrets,
swans and even the mighty heron
3. Our private DOCK is the only one on the river. It is
wonderful to kayak or paddle boat up and down --
good exercise too.
4. Our state-of-the-art kitchen, renovated in 2007 with
new Wolf stove (6 burner) and Subzero refrigerator
that makes every meal feel gourmet.
5. The generous windows are only 18" above the floor
making it feel like you’re in a boat on the river.
6. Our inviting party house with the ultimate
entertaining flow!
7. Our fabulous outdoor spaces! There are 3 decks!
Morning coffee on the first—private tanning on the
second—room for friends on the third!
8. The attached 2-car garage makes it simple to slip
into the house w/o battling weather. The curved
driveway allows for extra parking for friends.
9. Our secret enclosed garden keeps animals away
from your vegetables. The shed is a gardener’s
