1. Being able to walk 2 blocks to the private
beach on Seabright Avenue. It is a great
spot to watch fireworks on the 4th of July!
2. Walking to St. Mary's by the sea … seeing
the beautiful sunrises and sunsets during a
morning (or evening!) stroll along the
water’s edge.
3. Being close to different stores in the
neighborhood. I belong to Fitness Edge
and it takes 5 minutes to get there and
exercise!
4. Walking to the Fairfield Metro train station
in 5 minutes.
5. Summer evening walks to Timothy’s Ice
Cream.
6. Kayaking to Pleasure Beach from St. Mary’s
by the Sea.
7. The convenience to the highway.
8. The friendliness of the neighbors.
9. Being able to walk to the movie theater in
2 minutes!
10. Walking to the Farmers Market at Saint Ann
Field on Saturdays in the Summer.
