70 LOWER CROSS ROAD
1. The natural beauty that surround our home and our
neighborhood and has always enveloped us in a warm
embrace.
2. Our gorgeous town and all of the blessing that come
from being a part of its vibrant community.
3. Our proximity to NYC. We can practically go in to
grab a cup of coffee we are so close.
4. As close as we are to downtown and NYC, we re-
main in a country setting which has always felt like the
best of both worlds.
5. The school systems, both public and private are
world renowned and offer our children an incredible
privilege.
6. This place is special, it is peaceful and offers a certain
grace and beauty in the landscape and grounds. The
trails, gardens, pond and forest have offered us so
much adventure and fun over the years, the memories
are treasures.
7. Pool parties, pig roasts, summer barbeques - a great
place for enjoying our family and friends over the
years ...
8. Watching the kids grow up playing soccer, flag foot-
ball, lacrosse and baseball in the sprawling yard.
9. Babcock Preserve and all of the wonderful trails for
running and biking and even horse back riding. The
park offers the best cross country ski paths and it’s right
in out own backyard!
10. The gardens and trees that we have tended to for
years with love and patience. Fresh fruit, vegetables
and wild flowers have been such a joy to grow and en-
joy over the years. The apple orchards are our absolute
favorite!
