Matt Conners, the principle of Conners Development, has been building homes for close to 30
years, having built and/or renovated over 50 homes. He works predominately in Westport,
Southport and Fairfield specializing in new construction, renovations, and when the
opportunity arises, antique renovations. Conners finds great value in working with a
variety of architects, as it gives him and his team the opportunity to think outside
