Top 10 Things we will miss about life at 12 Terhune Drive

1. The total privacy and seclusion of our home where we can sit outside on any of the decks

and listen to the calming sounds of nature surrounding the home.

2. The kids loved being close enough to walk to middle and high schools…they could sleep

late every morning and be in class in 5 minutes!

3. Being close to EVERYTHING…shopping, restaurants, beaches, downtown Westport and

transportation…literally minutes to anything we need.

4. Watching our boys ride their bikes up and down the cul de sac when they were young. We
never had to worry about traffic when they played in the street.

5. Our fabulous back yard where the kids could kick a soccer ball almost the length of a full

soccer field!

6. The wonderful, inclusive neighborhood! We were surrounded by friends and families that

we enjoyed getting together with regularly.

7. We especially loved walking our dog along the beautiful streets and we knew the names

of all of our fellow dog owners on Terhune, Pumpkin Hill and Colony!

8. The sumptuous Primary bathroom where we could luxuriate in the sun drenched shower
or soaking tub…ahhhh!

9. The fabulous layout of the house with space enough for the kids to play pool or watch

movies with their friends in the basement or upstairs media room and never disturb

someone working from home in the first floor study.

10. Curling up in front of the fire in the cozy master suite with a good book on a cold night.
