TOP TEN THINGS WE’LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 155 PEMBURN DRIVE

1. Wonderful neighbors who have become like family to us! They have always been willing to

lend a hand and come together for a quick chat to check in on each other.

2. The safe neighborhood where the kids have spent countless hours riding bikes, walking to

nearby parks, and playgrounds.

3. Our covered back deck where you can sit and relax in the summer or dine al fresco even in

inclement weather. We have spent so many hours out on the deck through every season!

4. The Treehouse!! It is such an amazing place which will always hold a very special place in

all of our hearts. It is like a retreat for solitude and togetherness. We have loved reading,

watching movies, laying in hammocks, and having sleepovers in the treehouse.

5. The open floor plan that makes entertaining easy yet keeps everyone together in a cozy way.

6. The huge kousa dogwood tree in the backyard. It is absolutely beautiful when the white

blossoms come in every June. Truly a sight to behold! We will also miss the large lilac trees

that line the driveway and the ornamental lilac tree by the front door. When they bloom their

fragrance is breathtaking every spring.

7. Being so close to the beaches.. Less than a 5 minute drive away, the beaches are gorgeous all

year round. We will miss sailing in the summer and walking the dogs at the beach in the

fall and winter.

8. Having grocery stores like Trader joes and Whole foods are just minutes away, all those times

that we were missing one ingredient in a recipe and were able to run out quickly.

9. Convenience to Train stations, I-95 and the Merritt! An easy commute to our jobs and

the kids activities..

10. This is the home where our children were born and raised, it is full of wonderful memories,

and it is simply a home that gives you a hug the moment you walk in!
