BEACHWALK HOMES

BeachWalk Homes designs and builds superior quality,
modern, shingle style homes in coastal Connecticut.

In addition, we manage select striking renovations,

including entire homes, kitchens, and baths.

BeachWalk was formed as an extension of a passion for
real estate and many years of serial design/build and

renovation projects. The driving principals of the firm
are communication, organization, and quality. We bring

a level of professionalism and attention to detail rarely
found in the building trades.

OSCAR LEAL

Mr. Leal has had a passion for real-estate since
childhood, he grew up in a family full of tradesmen

and constantly toured homes with his parents.
During his previous nearly two decade investment

management career he remained steeped in
renovation and build projects. He brings his

meticulous business management and research
skills to his passion for building , architecture,

and interior design. The result is smooth project
timelines and stunning project results. Mr. Leal

graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude from
Hamilton College with a BA in Economics.
