DID YOU EVER CONSIDER PUTTING IN A POOL?

With such convenient access to the Fairfield beaches and Lake
Mohegan we never seriously thought about adding a pool… but
there's definitely room for one. The kid’s loved using the large backyard
for playing soccer and kickball with other neighborhood children.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are downsizing. Our children are older and moving out on their own
so we just don’t need all the space our family home offers.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORHOOD?

Yes- we have lived here for 19 years and have enjoyed this closely
connected neighborhood throughout the years. We've shared
carpooling to the kid's sporting events and school activities, and the
many block parties celebrating various holidays, especially Halloween.
Caroling during the holidays was always fun for every age! There’s
even an adult book club which many enjoy.

Our family also enjoyed the Audubon walking trails that border the
other end of Eleven O'Clock Road….a great way to quickly experience
a bit of Nature’s Paradise any day of the week!

This neighborhood has been a safe place for the children to ride their
bikes and play outdoors with their friends. I’ve never had to worry
about them running from house to house because neighbors always
look after each other.

TELL US ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

Our lot is a beautiful level 2.02 acre lot without wetlands in Greenfield
Hill...what’s not to love! It is a peaceful, private space that is beautiful year-
round, yet minutes away from everything we need.
