TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 279 STURGES ROAD





                                 1.  Spending time in our beautifully custom crafted pool ..... more like a garden tub, as

                                    nice to enjoy soaking and swimming as it is to look at. Nice on those cool nights,
                                    heats up right away for a spring or fall dip.


                                 2.  Entertaining in our updated kitchen and eating at our custom island, so convenient
                                    for dinners/lunches on the go. Love our coffee bar, fits not one but 2 - better than

                                    starbucks and great coffee in minutes! Fits the Breille AND the Keurig! Also doubles
                                    as appliance garage for instant space!


                                 3.  Watching TV in our family room just off the kitchen. The open concept really works
                                    when everyone is home!


                                 4.  Entry foyer is the best spot for guests coming and going. Large enough for
                                    conversation with a nice adjacent coat closet.


                                 5.  The wings! The master bedroom and kid's bedroom wings are perfect for just the

                                    right amount of privacy at all ages.

                                 6.  Feeling the heated tiles under our feet in our master bathroom, especailly on those

                                    colds nights! The other wing has heated floors in the bathroom for the kids and
                                    guests.


                                 7.  We're not sure what we like better, our back porch or the new side porch! Beautiful
                                    mahogony flooring and columns. The back has the perfect French door backdrop

                                    and all 3 sets of doors open for entertaining & bringing the outdoors in.

                                 8.  Sturges Park! Wonderful neighborhood with perfect proximity to walk to train to

                                    NYC. Also nice to walk to Sturges Park to sled and play, watch soccer and softwball
                                    cames. A walk to town is easy. A walk around the neighborhood is magical. Sam,

                                    our dog, decides on walking to the historical "Triangle" park on one end and nature
                                    trails on the other end of the street every night.


                                 9.  Kids love walking to the Ludlowe Campus for middle and high school. The
                                    Riverhead bus stops right at the front door.


                                 10. Working independently in our home offices - 2 of them! And great location on the

                                    3rd floor. Lots of creative eve storage too along with a large cedar closet. The 3rd
                                    floor hsa been the home to our nannies, guests, offices, kids play room and dad's

                                    poker room until Mom changes that.
