1. The easy walk to the train station, with no
worries about finding a parking spot!
2. Relaxing in our screened-in porch, watching
the kids have a blast in the hot tub.
3. Family fun at the private playground at the
end of the street, for 10 minutes or 2 hours!
4. Taking a stroll into downtown Fairfield for a
coffee or a pastry from the bakery! Yum!
5. Bike rides to the Fairfield beaches -- fresh air,
exercise, great memories and no parking
issues.
6. Spending a lazy Sunday in front of the
fireplace. What could be better?
7. Our solar panels that provide low utility bills
and small carbon footprint. A feel-good
investment!
8. Our informal neighborhood watch:
EVERYONE keeps an eye out for children
playing or biking..
9. Our favorite jogging route: past the
Southport down town and harbor. What a
view!
