Short Film Festival to the Northwest Suburbs. The Short Film Festival will take place on Treasurer

Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Harper College J Theatre (1200 W. Algonquin Rd.,

Palatine, IL 60067 – Building J). The doors open at 11am with a vendor fair, and the first film Ursula Gordon
will begin at noon.

This Black History Month celebration will showcase the best and brightest short filmmakers in

the Chicagoland area. Attendees will be delighted by short films created by University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee filmmaker – Rosella Joseph and Chicago’s own professional filmmaker –
Sanicole Young. After each film, the audience will have the opportunity to engage in a lively
discussion with the filmmakers.
Ticket prices are $5 for students (college students must present a school I.D.) and $10 for
