2. The Lord Jesus Christ’s Mission Statement in Isaiah 61: 1 – 3:
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to
preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are
bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of
our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to
give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise
for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the
planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.

B. Receiving the free gift of the Holy Spirit as stated in the Book of Acts 2: 1 – 4;
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in
one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty
wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto
them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all
filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit
gave them utterance.
C. Receiving the free gift of all the Glory of God the Father from the Lord Jesus
Christ as stated in the Gospel of John 17:22, 23 The Lord Jesus said; And the glory
which thou gavest me I have given them; so that they may be one, even as we are
