shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and
ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who commanded the light to
shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge
of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” (II Corinthians 4:4 – 6)
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may
be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are
perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not
destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that
the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live
are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus
might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but
life in you. We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, ‘I believed,
and therefore have I spoken,’ we also believe, and therefore speak, Knowing that
He which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present
us with you. For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might
through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.”
(II Corinthians 4:7 ̶ 15)
“For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer
it. Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!
Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labor in the very fire,
and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity? For the earth shall be
filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the
sea.” (Habakkuk 2:11 ̶ 14)
It should noted that, I personally believe that the Book of Habakkuk, that was
written by a Minor Prophet, is going to be used by Almighty God in these the last
days, to fulfill the redemption plan that was established by Almighty God.
Habakkuk the Minor Prophet makes the following statements in Chapter 2:
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see
what He will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And
the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon
tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed
time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie. Though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted
up is not upright in him; but the just shall live by His faith.
(Habakkuk 2:1 ̶ 4)
