hour was come that He should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved
His own which were in the world, He loved them unto the end.” The Holy Spirit’s
revelation of what the Lord Jesus said, “Having loved His own which were in the
world, He loved them unto the end.” For it is written in 1st John:
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is
born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is
love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent
His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is
love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent his Son to be the
propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one
another. (I John 4:7 ̶ 11)
If God is Love than the Holy Bible from Genesis to the Book of Revelation is the
Greatest Love Letter ever written to Mankind. The Lord Jesus having loved His own
which were in the world, He loved them unto the end. The Lord Jesus was no
respecter of persons, He had to love everyone in the world equally when He came to
fulfill His God given assignments on this earth. It should be noted once again, that
the Lord Jesus overcame every problem, every situation, every condition, and every
circumstance that He ever encountered with the perfect Love of Father God. Even
when He was crucified on the Cross the Lord said, “…Father forgive them for they
know not what they do…” (Luke 23:34) This truly is a statement of the Lord’s
perfect Love for mankind that are good, and for mankind that are evil.
“When Jesus had thus said, He was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, ‘Verily,
verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray Me.’ Then the disciples looked one
on another, doubting of whom He spake. Now there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom
one of His disciples, whom Jesus loved. Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that
he should ask who it should be of whom He spake. He then lying on Jesus’ breast
saith unto Him, ‘Lord, who is it?’ Jesus answered, ‘He it is, to whom I shall give a
sop, when I have dipped it.’ And when He had dipped the sop, He gave it to Judas
Iscariot, the son of Simon. And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus
unto him, that thou doest, do quickly.” (John 13:21 – 27)
The Holy Spirit’s revelation of what the Lord Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto
you, that one of you shall betray Me. Then John lying on Jesus’ breast saith unto Him,
‘Lord, who is it?’ Jesus answered, ‘He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have
dipped it.’ And when He had dipped the sop, He gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of
Simon. And after the sop Satan entered into him.” When the Lord Jesus gave the sop
to Judas Iscariot, Satan had the legal right to enter into Judas. Thus the scriptures
would be fulfilled and the betrayal of the Lord Jesus now would take place, and
Judas Iscariot would be lost forever according to the scriptures. It should be noted
