Our Work
PACE VENTRA

Our Ventra Card Brand Ambassador Campaign reached over 36,000 riders. Today, 85 percent of Pace ridership uses the Ventra Card compared to the 10 percent that used it before our campaign. The Morreale team developed key messaging, creative collateral and spent over 600 hours on outreach
to help Pace Suburban Bus raise awareness about the bene ts of the Ventra Card and increase usage. Pace received positive press and customer comments as a result of our outreach efforts.
KANE COUNTY
PUBLIC OUTREACH AND DIGITAL MEDIA
Our team reached tens of thousands of people through traditional and digital public outreach during efforts to increase awareness and interest about Kane County’s 2040 Long-Range Transportation Plan.
To gather valuable stakeholder input, our team designed promotional materials in both English and Spanish, and sent brand ambassadors to targeted, high-traf c locations to engage the public and help them take the survey on site. We also developed a strategic social media campaign, posting images local to the community with engaging text to garner further interest in the survey and the transportation plan.
