Safe Manual Handlings
Manual handling and physical work is part of our work on project
sires. Everyday we reach, lift or lower, push or pull, carry and
move, hold or restrain materials, which make us prone to injury.
Common injuries include back injuries; muscle strain; hand
injuries, slipping, tripping and falling.
Please take note of these inaccurate postures or site conditions
before doing any manual handlings.

Heavy Weight Bulky and Lengthy
Unfavourable environment - Slippery, uneven, untidy, space
constraints and poor lighting conditions
