Safe Manual Handlings

Manual handling and physical work is part of our work on project
sires. Everyday we reach, lift or lower, push or pull, carry and

move, hold or restrain materials, which make us prone to injury.

Common injuries include back injuries; muscle strain; hand
        injuries, slipping, tripping and falling.

Please take note of these inaccurate postures or site conditions
        before doing any manual handlings.
