We want to talk about an important thing in our life, its physical fitness. Some people don't like to do any
exercise but they like to play sports for example: football, basketball, tennis, bowling and swimming. We
have to do exercise every day. Walking is a very simple exercise so we can do it but some people never
do any exercise. We need to do it because it makes us a good health, strong body, gives more power,
energy, good mood and helps to avoid diseases. My advice for you if you go to the gym please, continue
or take part in one sport or just walking every day. The important thing isn't forget to do exercise every
day. Therefore the physical fitness will be start on the month of July so, we urge all of you to be fit before
begin starting.
I wish you and your family happy Eid Al-Fitr with a lot of love. God responds to all
your prayers and bless you with a beautiful tomorrow. I wish you Eid Mubarak with
the end of Ramadan.
During Eid Al-Fitr, there is a lot of fatigue, therefore, please follow the safety
instructions to avoid any inconvenience or incident that can happen to you or your
family. Furthermore, I would to urged you & families to keep a close eye on your
children and to prevent them from playing unsupervised in parks and public areas,
as many children fall victim to run-over accidents due to carelessness by their family
members, remember that the fireworks very dangerous and may cause injury for
your children, At the end, I would like to urged you to utilize Aramco transportation.
At the end I would like to extend my appreciation to all of you especially who
