The Tsabong Eco-Tourism Camel Park is a community based project which is managed by the Tsamama Community Trust, in partnership with the Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO). Through this partnership, the Park has been developed with the vision for it to be an exceptional Eco-tourism venture which reaps benefits for members of the Tsabong, Maubelo and Maleshe Communities, which the Trust represents.
It is home to over 500 camels, one of a kind tourism & recreational site in Botswana. The park is located just 10km from Tsabong in Botswana’s Kgalagadi desert region and is the perfect destination for a fun escapade for families and friends. The facility is currently operating with 6 fully-serviced Meru tents, dining area and the kitchen, and a camping ground with 6 campsites with ablution blocks and braai areas, gatehouse comprising of office and reception area. Activities include Nature Walks, Quad Biking as well as Camel rides.
