                  Cleansing teas like ginger tea may relieve many migraine headaches. Add either


                  20g of dried ginger or 40g of fresh ginger to three cups of water. Simmer on low
                  heat for twenty to thirty minutes. Pour out the needed quantity and store the

                  rest in a cool place. You can refrigerate it if you want to use it the next day.


                  Cleansing teas help improve functioning of kidneys by toning and rejuvenating
                  them. Diuretic herbs in tea are good detoxifiers. These detoxifiers may release

                  pressure on your blood vessels and nerves.


                  These herbs help eliminate water retention in kidneys and flush out toxins from
                  your body. This may reduce migraine headaches.
