This area is actually quite tricky to work with, the materials are not in the form of paper nor cards, and are heavier compared to the other ele- ments. I managed to stick them up to the walls using a super strong 3M tape.
I found two polaroid-sized magnet glass and used them to place my KZ’s Kumon Certificate and a cut out piece from my old math notes. Then, I taped them to the right side of the wall, and surprisingly the tape holds them together strongly.
Next, I also sticked the mirror with a tape to the wall and placed small dried flowers around it. I also hung up an LED light that I bought some time ago for another project. So I made use of it by setting them up on this artwork.
The lower right area of this mini exhibition radi- ates a very retro vibe. The color combination that have faded throughout the years from the radio toy completes this artwork’s theme. I used to play with it almost everyday, until one day one of the buttons broke and couldn’t function normally.
As mentioned in the previous page, I glued down KidZos and laminate them with clear tape to give a glossy finished look. KidZania was a place that brought kids’ dreams and imaginations in the realest way - also my favorite place to go to with my friends back then, hence why I still keep the money, cards, and countless merchandise from KZ.
To fill up the remaining space, I placed some of my bottles from my eraser collection - just like the lower left area. After that, I decided to lay out a cut out piece from an old fuzzy fabric underneath.
