STEPSPACE
StepSpace was formed in May 2018 as a key component of Causeway Asset Management’s ‘Future Fit’ Office Concept which puts flexibility at the core of our offices. The team at Causeway Asset Management identified a gap in the Belfast Market for assisting ‘scaling companies’ seeking high quality office accommodation with flexibility to scale on short notice without having to enter into traditional leases.
As the companies scale up, the teams at StepSpace and Causeway Asset Management build close relationships with them to help fully understand their requirements and create the end product to fulfill their demand no matter what floor space or layout is required whether 10 desks or 1,000+ desks. StepSpace is a unique product launched in the Belfast Market in June 2018 at the annual Digital DNA conference. As at September 30th, 2018 the initial 88 desks in StepSpace are fully occupied.
StepSpace continues to trade successfully in Centre House and assist members to scale their operations within the building.
