Acharming seaside town set against the rugged
Atlantic, Doolin’s proximity to the bare limestone
of the Burren makes it a place of breathtaking beauty.

noted surfing location- a break which generates Irelands

The Great Stalactite, measuring 7.3 metres discovered
in 1952 is to be seen in Doolin Cave, thought to be the
longest stalactite in the Northern hemisphere.
